HandiFox helps you automate inventory management in your business, using mobile computers with barcode scanners. With HandiFox, you will acquire more transparency and control over your inventory, even if it is spread over multiple sites.
Picking and Packing is easy with HandiFox. Pick Lists are created in the handheld, from either Sales Orders or Invoices. Operators use the barcode scanner to verify that the items are correct. Saving the Pick List opens the Packing List screen, which can be used for a confirmation scan of the items as they are packed. Pick lists and packing slips can be sent to wireless printers from the mobile device. Invoices are automatically created and sent to QuickBooks.
Inventory counting is made simple as never before. Workers can use Android mobile devices (cell phones or tablets) with HandiFox to scan items and enter quantities quickly, as they go through the storage areas. No need to write down anything in the process: HandiFox forms a list of counting results, which can later be reviewed by the manager and corrected or voided. Approved results are then automatically added to QuickBooks® as inventory adjustments.
You will be able to get rid of routine calculations related to purchasing. HandiFox can auto-generate purchase orders for all items that are to be replenished, based on current quantities and sales rate. You can receive inventory against open POs using HandiFox –by scanning barcodes or manually entering data. HandiFox can also be used to create and edit POs, which allows off-site workers to be completely independent in terms of purchasing.
HandiFox allows you to manage your inventory at multiple sites and do counting and receiving for each site individually. You can keep track of inventory movements from one site to another using transfers created within HandiFox. At any moment, HandiFox can give you a full report of quantity on hand, available quantity, and quantities on PO and SO, at any of your inventory sites. Besides its own implementation of multi-site inventory tracking, HandiFox also supports the system of sites and bin locations provided by QuickBooks Advanced Inventory features.
