HandiFox™ greatly enhances the accuracy of shipments from a warehouse. Sales orders and Invoices are sent directly to a handheld computer. Warehouse personnel can create and print pick lists. When an item on the list is found, the operator scans the barcode. If the item is correct, the handheld beeps and records the item. If the item is incorrect, an error message is displayed.
Once the pick list is done, a packing list is created. Scanning each item type on this list confirms that the correct item is present. When all items on the list have been correctly scanned, the packing list can be saved and printed.
Completing the packing list allows the creation or updating of invoices for the shipments. The invoices are also available in QuickBooks® inventory after synchronization.
