If you have a support problem or question, please visit our knowledge base at http://www.handifox.com/base/. Many questions are answered here.

If you need to contact HandiFox support, there are several ways to do it.

  • Chat (Best way). Available weekdays, 8AM – 4PM EST. Go to http://webmessenger.yahoo.com/ and sign in. If you do not have a Yahoo account, create one and sign in. In the Find Contacts box, type in handifoxchat. Send a message to handifoxchat, stating your name and the nature of your issue. A support person will respond to you. This can take up to 30 minutes if we are helping others.
  • Voicemail. You may call 1-877-9-HANDIHELP (1-877-9426344) and leave a message for HandiFox support. Please leave your name, phone number, and email address in your message. Your message will be answered within one business day.
  • Support request below.
  • E-Mail. You can send a message describing your problem to support @ handifox.com. Please indicate your name and phone number in your message.

Please complete the Support Request form and then click "Submit" to send your support request to our technical support team. You can also use this form to report suspected bugs in HandiFox.
