HandiFox is not limited to certain countries or areas. That is why it is able to relieve manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, services providers from multiple industries across the world of the most time-sucking inventory tasks. In 2018 we operated with customers not only from the States and Canada but from Dominican Republic, Ghana and Australia in an effort to continually provide our products and services to small businesses around the world.

  • Great group of partners

40+ partners have now connected to the HandiFox community. Among them there are 2 brand new hosting providers. Now you are able to use the strength of a full featured HandiFox Desktop in the cloud while staying mobile! Host your inventory data and manage it on the go at any time, on any Android device and from any place.

  • Growing rewards portfolio

This year HandiFox has been recognized as one of the best Inventory Control software based on its high levels of customer satisfaction and likeliness to recommend ratings from real users on business solutions review platforms. 

– HandiFox Desktop was rated a high performer among Best Inventory Control software and Barcode software solutions in G2 Crowd's Grid Report. 

– In June HandiFox Desktop received "Rising Star" and "Budget Friendly" awards by SoftwareSuggest

– In December HandiFox Online won shiny new "Premium Usability" and "Rising Star" awards from FinancesOnline.

  • 2018 Scaling New Heights

This year HandiFox for the second time in a row has been sponsoring Scaling New Heights – one of the major annual events for accounting professionals organized by Woodard Group. The HandiFox experts were heading to Scaling New Heights to connect, share experience, learn and grow professionally together with the Intuit ecosystem.

  • Everyone went pretty wild over HandiFox Online Standalone Version

The HFO Standalone Version with an optional integration with QuickBooks Online was released on October, 17. If you don’t use QuickBooks Online you can now handle Customers, Vendors, Items and Transactions independently within HandiFox Online environment.

With 2019 fast approaching we are already hard at work with even more exciting features for our clients, customers and partners. HandiFox POS module, extended tracking of Serial/Lot numbers in HFO Standalone plus other surprises are coming in the next year. Stay tuned!
