A Heartwarming Story: Delicious Holiday Gift from Reliable Source, Inc.

The winter holidays have passed, but its magic still remains! During its season, we at HandiFox received so many warm wishes and nice gifts from our partners and customers. We are extremely grateful to all of you!

Just look at this amazing sweet gift we’ve been given! The fact is our customer Reliable Source, Inc. sent it as thanks for the last minute support we provided at year end.

We got to talk with Maggie Mejia, General Manager at Reliable Source, Inc. and ask her about the specifics of implementation of the HandiFox system in their business.

We actually have not yet implemented the HandiFox system but we are in the process of doing so. At the end of the 2018 year we were trying to integrate it along with our new QuickBooks client file but had to postpone the HandiFox portion of it because there were some functionalities that did not work for our type of business.

We really found the HandiFox team support most valuable. Our business is distribution of metals and we deal in both theoretical weights and lengths as well as actual weights and lengths. As a result, there are times where we need to over-ship a particular product but not change the original order quantity from the customer. This is a core part of our business and the natural functionality of the HandiFox would not allow for that to take place. The HandiFox support team was very quick to rise to the occasion and find a patch for this situation and, at the time, a very urgent resolution would be needed if we were to implement it by January 1, only a couple of days away at the time.

We were very pleased with the sense of urgency and response regarding the customization needed for HandiFox to work within our business scope. Although we delayed the implementation, their response was immediate and very specifically tailored to meet our needs.
