HandiFox Online Expands its Reach to the UK, Canada, and Australia

A quick and exciting update! HandiFox Online has taken a more global approach to saving inventory business from chaos and been made available in a few more countries around the world, namely the UK, Canada, and Australia.

Now for some functional and GUI changes:

Multi-Currency

If you happen to have Customers or Vendors operating in currencies different from your home currency in QuickBooks Online while creating transactions for them you will be able to see balances in both currencies and the exchange rate on your mobile devices. QuickBooks Online uses Wall Street On Demand exchange rates, updating them every 4 hours. That said, you get the same rate updates into your HandiFox app upon each sync.

Non-US Sales Tax Model

If you are based in the UK, Canada or Australia, in the web part of HandiFox Online in the ‘Advanced’ tab you will find settings that if changed will result in displaying prices accurately in all transactions on your mobile devices in the HandiFox app. All you need to do is set the Default tax rate selection according to your company preferences.

The updated HandiFox Online lets you create transactions with VAT, GST/HST taxes relevant to your country.
