HandiFox™ Desktop System Requirements

• Operating system: Microsoft Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10/11, Microsoft Windows Server 2003/2008/2008R2/2012/2012R2/2016/2019/2022
• Recommended System configuration:
  • At least 2.0GHz processor
  • At least 1GB of RAM
  • 512 MB of disk space
• QuickBooks®:
  • QuickBooks US: QuickBooks® Pro, Premier, Accountant or Enterprise 2008-2023
  • QuickBooks CA: QuickBooks® Pro, Premier, Accountant or Enterprise 2009-2023
  • QuickBooks UK: QuickBooks® Pro, Premier, Accountant or Enterprise 2009-2023
• PDA requirements:
  • Android devices:
    • Operating System: Android 4.0 or higher
    • Device memory: at least 512 Mb of free space
    • Optional: camera with autofocus feature to scan barcodes
    • We recommend the following Android devices which HandiFox™ has been tested with: 
      Google Nexus 7.

  • Letter size printing in a vehicle can be accomplished using office WiFi printers supporting the HP PCL format. These are available from HP and Brother. An AC power supply and a wireless router are required in the vehicle.
