I will say HandiFox came through for us. It is the only inventory app that can handle what we needed in quick books desktop. Barcode scanning and label printing for barcodes. And the price is right too compared to what else is out there. And the tech support is on point. When ever there is a issue, which is rare in it self. The team is on it right away. So you can expect it to get done in a timely manner. Thank you Ruslan and Team.
We have been using HandiFox now for 7 months. We have 3 sites that we needed to see and track all products and sales with one platform. HandiFox has proven to be that tool. It took us a little time to fully understand how to integrate our Website and QB's to HandiFox, but we feel that we now finally understand. Ruslan and his team have been very helpful working with us and, "Tweaking" their software to meet our needs. So far, the greatest, "Tweak" was that now when our customers input a PO through our web page, it now passes through QB's and picks up on all of our invoices printed from HandiFox. Thank you HandiFox team for getting this fixed!
Ruslan was great at setting us up with what we needed to implement a barcode system with our inventory. The support team is also great at responding if needed.

We've been using Handifox for a number of years now, having previously tried other software, for stock and order management (including lot numbers, picking and packing lists, etc). The tool itself works very effectively and the integration with QuickBooks Online is great. Full Marks to Ruslan and the team for their responsiveness, too. All in all, I'd thoroughly recommend Handifox.

Now, the stock is aligned, and we no longer need an alternative system like Excel. Real-time syncing with QuickBooks is a major advantage—stock data is always up to date, easy to track, and simple to rectify.
We have been working with Handifox for over 7 years now, starting with the Desktop version, and moving to the Online version last fall. Any time we have had an issue the help team, including Cesar and Maria, have been amazing. They work with us to understand how our business operates, and how best to fix our problems. We house inventory on our fleet and finding a software that allows easy movement between the warehouse and fleet vehicles has been a constant issue over the past few years. I have been on the hunt for an inventory software that has a 2-way sync with QuickBooks, with multiple inventory locations, and a overall view of inventory on hand between all sites with a total on hand value too, and I am so glad I finally found HandiFox that checks all of the boxes. The customer service has been top notch. I have reached out about questions/input about the app view, and the support staff not only thanked me for the feedback, but also made me aware that they could roll out the needs I requested in the upcoming weeks. Oh, and the start up for the software was a breeze! No double entry of parts or importing/exporting, you simply sync it to QuickBooks and BOOM everything is there. Do yourself a favor and give HandiFox a try! I can't believe it took me this long to find this gem of a software.
We are constantly learning and finding features that aid us to ensure the business runs smoothly. If we cannot find a solution, the Handifox team advises on workarounds or update the software. No one else offered this level of customer service.
