Create Estimates

You can now create Estimates in HandiFox! Once a client approves an estimate, it can be easily converted into a Sales Order, making your sales process smoother from start to finish.

Automatic item cost updates

When a cost changes in a Purchase Order or Item Receipt, the system will now prompt you to update the default item cost, helping you keep your pricing accurate without manual effort.

Item images on the Barcodes page

Item images now appear directly on the Barcodes page, giving you a quick visual reference when reviewing or printing labels.

Default shipping address for created Purchase Orders

When creating a Purchase Order from a Sales Order, the system will remember your chosen shipping address and automatically use it as the default next time.

Print item labels from the Purchase Order view

You can now print item labels directly from the View Purchase Order page for faster, more convenient labeling.

New report filters

Added a Customer filter to the Open Sales Orders by Item report.

Added a Vendor filter to the Open Purchase Orders by Item report. These filters make it easier to narrow down and analyze the data you need.

Total cost column in Sales by Customer Detail report

We’ve added a Total for Cost column to the Sales by Customer Detail report for clearer cost visibility and reporting accuracy.

Bug fixes

• Fixed an issue where users were automatically logged out when working in multiple tabs.

• Sales Receipts without a customer were not appearing in some reports—this has been corrected.

• Deleted Purchase Orders were sometimes shown as still linked to Sales Orders. This display issue has been fixed.

Android

New Android App updates

• You can now clone Sales Orders to save time when entering similar orders.

• Added margin and markup details to the Edit Item screen for better pricing insights.

• The system will now automatically update invoice prices if the price was changed in a linked Sales Order.

• You can now attach printed forms as PDFs directly to emails.

Edge-to-edge support

Both Android apps (old and new) now support the Edge-to-Edge feature introduced in Android 16, providing a cleaner, modern visual experience.

Improved inventory adjustment validation

Additional checks have been added to ensure inventory adjustments are linked to the correct accounts across all platforms.

Improved Sales Transactions page

We’ve made enhancements to the Sales Transactions page to improve loading speed.

Import sales orders by item name

You can now import sales orders using item names, providing more flexibility when SKUs or FullName aren’t available.

We have added PO No field to default Pick List and Packing Slip reports

Bug fixes

• We fixed the issue with Credit Memo printout. Remaining Credit was incorrect.

• We fixed the issue when barcode labels were printed with the fields that were not selected in the print setup.

• We fixed the issue when Grand Total displayed for each page in Inventory Valuation report.

SyncService optimization

We’ve made behind-the-scenes improvements to SyncService that reduce the number of queries made to the QuickBooks Online API. This is part one of a larger optimization project to make syncing faster and more efficient.

Save prompt when closing tabs

Your browser will now prompt you to save your work if you try to close the tab while editing a transaction, helping prevent accidental data loss.

Item descriptions

In the HandiFox iOS app, item descriptions now appear directly under item names, making it easier to confirm you’ve selected the right products.

Item images in orders

When viewing sales orders (SO) or purchase orders (PO) on the web, you’ll now see item images, giving you a quick visual reference.

When creating or editing transactions on the web, you’ll now see a SKU column, giving you a quick way to confirm product codes while you work.
