We were looking for an inventory solution and we found HandiFox to be the best product available to connect with QuickBooks and handheld devices. Ruslan and the team have been excellent to work with since day one. From implementation of the product to working out kinks and bugs in the software, Rosalia and Cesar have been on it. Almost Immediate responses and quick turnaround times.
HandiFox has helped us with increasing efficiency around activities including receiving inventory, bin transfers, inventory adjustments and cycle counts. It allows the warehouse staff to create all of the entries in real time. We are looking forward to using the other features in the coming year. Works very well with QuickBooks Enterprise and eliminates the need to buy a third party inventory management software system.
Our company switched from Acctivate to Handifox at the begining of the year. I give them 5 stars as this was the most seamless integration and user-friendly inventory software system I have used. I have only used the support team to adjust invoice look.

Now, the stock is aligned, and we no longer need an alternative system like Excel. Real-time syncing with QuickBooks is a major advantage—stock data is always up to date, easy to track, and simple to rectify.
We have been working with Handifox for over 7 years now, starting with the Desktop version, and moving to the Online version last fall. Any time we have had an issue the help team, including Cesar and Maria, have been amazing. They work with us to understand how our business operates, and how best to fix our problems. They have included some of our feedback in recent updates, which was great to see!
We house inventory on our fleet and finding a software that allows easy movement between the warehouse and fleet vehicles has been a constant issue over the past few years. I have been on the hunt for an inventory software that has a 2-way sync with QuickBooks, with multiple inventory locations, and a overall view of inventory on hand between all sites with a total on hand value too, and I am so glad I finally found HandiFox that checks all of the boxes. The customer service has been top notch. I have reached out about questions/input about the app view, and the support staff not only thanked me for the feedback, but also made me aware that they could roll out the needs I requested in the upcoming weeks. Oh, and the start up for the software was a breeze! No double entry of parts or importing/exporting, you simply sync it to QuickBooks and BOOM everything is there. Do yourself a favor and give HandiFox a try! I can't believe it took me this long to find this gem of a software.
We are constantly learning and finding features that aid us to ensure the business runs smoothly. If we cannot find a solution, the Handifox team advises on workarounds or update the software. No one else offered this level of customer service.
